As tensions between the United States and China continue to rise, one question on many people’s minds is how China’s actions may affect the American economy. One area of concern is China’s attempt to undermine the American Petrodollar. The Petrodollar is the system in which oil-producing countries agree to trade oil exclusively in US dollars.
